Kineya Mugimaru in the Terminal 1 central building serves udon and holds certification from MHTC. It rates 4.1 across 633 reviews — the better-received of the two.
Take a moment with what that means. Soba and udon are among the harder Japanese dishes for Muslim visitors, because the dipping broth is normally built on bonito dashi and mirin. Having both available certified, at the airport, means your first meal in Japan or your last one can be a proper Japanese noodle bowl rather than a compromise.
Check which terminal you are in before you plan the meal — they are not interchangeable, and Narita's terminals are a shuttle ride apart.
Prayer Spaces at Tokyo Disney Resort
Tokyo Disney Resort is in Urayasu, Chiba, and we hold reports of prayer space being made available at four points across the resort — at Tokyo DisneySea, at the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, at the Main Street information counter, and via Guest Relations.
Treat those as leads rather than guarantees. The resort does not publish prayer rooms as a standing facility the way an airport does, and what is offered can depend on the day and on the space being free. Ask at Guest Relations as soon as you arrive rather than assuming, and have a fallback plan.

The short version for anyone planning a Chiba trip around the parks: Ikspiari, the shopping complex at the park gates, has a Red Lobster on the prefecture's halal listings, and Paprika, Bengal Tiger and Sushi Ichijyu (鮨 一十) are all in Urayasu. Restaurant SADAF in Sakura is the highest-reviewed halal option in the prefecture outside the airport — 4.3 across 700 Google reviews — and offers a halal menu.
MMK Chiba Halal Food & Restaurant in Wakaba Ward, Chiba city, is halal-certified by NAHA and functions as a halal grocery as well as a restaurant.
蛸TAKO 栄町本店 (Tako, Sakaecho) in Chuo Ward, Chiba city, serves halal food and rates 4.3 across 517 Google reviews — the most reviewed halal venue in the prefecture outside Sakura.
Cafe & Dining Hannari in Shisui is worth knowing for a specific reason: Shisui is the town with the premium outlets, which already has a prayer room. Eating and praying in the same stop, on the road between Narita and Tokyo, is a useful combination.
Nature Tandoor in Chiba city and Shizen Shokudo Natural Dining in Matsudo are two further halal options.
A note on chain restaurants, since Chiba is full of them and the question comes up constantly: Yoshinoya is not halal-certified in Japan. Its beef bowls use mirin and the supply chain is not certified, whatever the situation is at its Malaysian or Singaporean outlets. Noda Mosque in Noda serves the northern part of the prefecture.
For prayer while shopping, there are spaces at AEON MALL Makuhari New City in Mihama Ward — one of the largest malls in the country — and at Shisui Premium Outlets in Inba, which is a common stop between Narita Airport and Tokyo.
