For a visitor this is where you buy meat rather than eat a meal. If you are self-catering anywhere in north Kanto, or driving between Tokyo and the Tohoku ski areas, it justifies a detour in a way that a single restaurant never does.
Isesaki

Amin Halal Food at Sakai 762-7 rates 4.0 across 83 with the halal classification. It sits directly beside Sakaimachi Masjid Darussalam at 772-1 — mosque and food shop on the same block, the pattern you see in established Muslim neighbourhoods anywhere in the world.

BERESTA in Takasaki rates 4.0 across 62 with the halal classification, with a second Kebab and Steak Beresta Halal Restaurant at Torimachi 4. Also Aryaa Halal Food and STAR SPICE HALAL FOODS.
