It's been ages since I drop by this place. Pretty sad to noticed most of eating joints are permanently closed as a result of Covid-19 epidemic. Noticed slight change in their bunting 'Man Bador'. Possibly, he's the new owner but still maintaining Victory name.

This place has potential to be a success provided improvement made on services, cleanliness and seating arrangements. It's gloomy and humid inside hence, most customers prefer to sit outside. I like both the Murtabak & Fried Rice but at times, no one care to serve customers. Unfortunately, they close early than other eating joints by 9pm.
