As usual, service is very poor. It's order & pay in advance system, with long queues occupying the passageway. Tables remain unclean after customers finish their eating. No spoon or fork available at the table, customer expected to get it themselves or self service. I regret my last visit at Kajang town but it appears they couldn't care about customers and yet they charge customers 6% service charge. It's a shorter wait but I felt guilty a family earlier than me still waiting for their order. Messy stuff 😠😡😵
