池袋にある火焔山蘭州拉麺平日夜に訪れましたが、常に行列です。中国人の方が多く、お店はとても活気があります。厨房では麺を一から作っており、職人の人が麺を練って延ばす様子を見ていると、注文を待つ間も飽きません。料理はとても美味しく、行列の理由がわかりました。また来ます！ごちそうさまでした！

Lamb kebab was tender and delicious. I love lamb ramen over beef. Their beef meat was quite dry for me. Small space. I give 3/5.

Many people like this ramen, but jokes aside, my throat got pain just after finishing the bowl of lamb ramen I ordered. It was delicious but I guess they put too much ガラスープ (bouillon powder) into it? Too strong and flavorful that my throat couldn't tolerate. Nonetheless, the lamb skewers were good and cheap, I liked them.
