They should immediately review their policy to ensure customers get their tables after reservation are made. It's very annoying for customers who made reservations to see another customer taking their table due to own mistake. There should be only 1 responsible person handling reservation. Considering their limited seating space, all effort to maximise customers priorities eating there. Reservation must not extend more than 5minutes thereafter, to open to next present customer if late. I saw a customer occupying my 8pax table sat alone for 30minutes while lots of other customers waited angrily for empty seats.
