Muslim friendly restaurant. Delicious foods! This is a legend place for okonomiyaki in Osaka. First opened in 1970s, they have recently opened a whole floor dedicated for muslims. This means, the utensils are separated from non halal dishes, the condiments are also muslim friendly. They even provide Indonesian sambal (chili paste)! hahaha If they can't see your muslim-ness (no hijab or beard), you probably need to tell them that you want to be in the 'muslim friendly floor'. A bit pricey for backpackers/ students but the quality tells you why. Prayer space is available.
Serves many kinds of soba (buckwheat noodle) based dishes. Also serves don, tempura, and other side dishes. The restaurant has JAKIM (Halal Malaysia Council) certificate. Will add pictures soon insyaAllah.
