I came to Japan to try the best Wagyu in the world – Kobe Beef.
On the recommendation of the concierge at The Ritz-Carlton, I visited Kobe Beef Wa no Miya Namba Midosuji, known for its Halal Kobe Beef.
Since it was a special occasion, I ordered the Chateaubriand, Sirloin, and Tenderloin. The Sirloin offered the signature marbling of Wagyu, while the Chateaubriand was incredibly tender and flavorful.
The restaurant provides Halal service with a fully separated floor, dedicated kitchen tools, and Halal-sourced ingredients—clearly designed with Muslim guests in mind.
Chef-Owner Mr. Suzuki is a renowned Kobe Beef producer, passionately sharing the appeal of Kobe Beef with the world. His dedication truly shows in every dish.
They also offer vegan and allergy-friendly options. If you’re visiting Japan, this restaurant is a must-try.
