The operator is named on the chain's own site as Super Sushi Sdn Bhd (758027-D); a JAKIM public directory search returns no record. This outlet is closed: Google shows it as permanently closed and the operator's own 43-outlet list has no Genting or Sky Avenue outlet.
Sushi Zanmai's own menu has no pork: the katsu and karaage are chicken, the ramen broths are miso or spicy rather than tonkotsu, and the gyoza is prawn.
