Restaurant located on restaurant floor, New Chitose Airport, before Food Court entrance. Only Royal is written in English but the rest of restaurant name is in Japanese, but one cannot go wrong if you see the Royal signboard. They have a halal menu, though choices are limited. 2 eat in menu is avaliable all the time but the halal bento need to be pre-order. The meat portion is quite small for the rice provided, yet still tasty. The soft ice cream can be consumed though not stated in menu, since it does not contain non halal ingredient.
