Pikachu Carnival in Minato Mirai. We tried to find good food and we went to this place! Its located right beside World Porter Mall (they have praying room btw). Just go the 2F and find the circle bridge. You can see sign that will guide you to this place. Amazingly, there are lots of variety of foods that you can choose! Because JICA is an international office, you could find lots of foreign menu served here. - Make sure you see the sign which shows whether the food is halal or not, whether the meat is halal or not, etc. - The price also quite reasonable. You could get good food with price below 1000¥. - The staff also could speak english. - A nice place if you come with large group How to order in this cafe: 1.
