If you ask me where to go for the best halal buffet in Singapore, it is here at Carousel. It is one of the first halal buffet and even though many halal buffets came into existence in the past few years, no other places can truly match Carousel. Their variety of food is huge, excellent service, nice ambience and there is a musollah nearby! I was there for their christmas dinner special and the food were outstanding. There were steak, all kinds of seafood, asian dishes, western dishes. The seafood here is sooo fresh, I had only oysters, crab and prawns. I can't eat more unfortunately lol. The dessert were all nicely decorated and displayed prettily. Too many choices. The christmas special cost slightly more than the typical dinner but to me the price was worth it.
