When it comes to Afghan food you're spoilt for choice when you're in Dandenong. There are Afghan restaurants down almost every street. I've been to a few of them and have 3 favourites that I find have great food, service and a reasonable price. Afghan Tasty Food has got to be at the top of my list. It's situated on the main road and can easily be missed because it's exterior signage and shop front is quite simple. But don't let the shop front fool you. The food is fantastic. The menu consists of all the regular Afghan cuisines, such as manto, bolani and kabuli Palau. I think I've tried everything on the menu and now find it easier to just order the banquet because it has a bit of everything and only $25 pp.
