Clean and neat ✨ Women area on the basement. You can walk from Meguro Station around 15-20minutes or take Tōkyū bus (東急バス) from Meguro Eki mae bus stop and get off at Motokeibajo-mae (¥220 by cash or cheaper if pay by IC card) take the 黒01 bound for Ōokayama Shogakkō or 黒02 bound for Futakotamagawa. There’s another operating bus beside Tōkyū bus, so make sure you take the right one. The Tōkyū bus stop located on the left side after you get out from JR Meguro ticket gate.
