Old School Pizza is more than your average pizza shop. It may not look like it but thats where you're not supposed to judge a place by how it looks. They call themselves "old school" because they still strongly believe in traditional methods of making a pizza from scratch by hand rolling their dough on site, making their own pasta sauce, grating 100% curd mozzarella cheese and hand slicing all their vegetables. They don't joke around when they say they use quality ingredients. You can definitely tell by the taste and the price you pay. Most nights you will see the "old man" behind the pizza bar topping the pizzas. He has had over 35 years experience making pizzas so don't mess around with him. If you spend enough time looking as I did, you'll notice that they're super generous with their toppings, especially with the cheese. You can immediately tell it's good quality cheese.
