Chicago The Carne Asada Brava: habanero-marinated creekstone flank steak, salsa huevona (hand-crushed, grill-roasted tomatoes, jalapenos) grilled knob onions, sweet corn tamales.
There are a variety of dishes here that use creekstone but I would recommend checking with the waiter when ordering. Don't order any of the beans as they are with pork. Definitely try out the short rib queso and the corn.
