Today in lunch visited Sizzler Odaiba Tokyo. Happy to saw they had done enough to protecting customers to infect or transfers corona virus and they put Plastic Gloves also.

Not halal but they show you allergen table with info about each dish if it contains pork/gellatin/beer etc. And also a table labeled "for Muslims" that shows you what is NOT halal food. So you have to pick and choose

Muslim staffs are inside. They are using different pots dishes, so you must confirm. Inside Bangladeshi Muslim brother quite cooperative.
