Craving for carbonara and I couldn't think of anywhere that serves halal carbonara but Pastamania. It wasn't that authentic italian but it serves my tastebud pretty well. Would prefer if it's more creamy as the one I ordered was a bit too dry. The minestrone soup wasn't that sour-ish which is quite right for me (I'm not into sour food). I like the generous amount of veges in the soup. This place is located at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 basement (they have other branches as well). There's always seats for you. Good place if you want to enjoy the food without much crowd or just before/after your flight. Enjoy~
