Ramen Itto-Ryu is actually a common Japanese "ramen-ya-san", provides wide variety of ramen with pork, beef & chicken which are not halal, but alhamdulillah they also provide two halal menus (one is spicy one is not) that are using garlic soup as the substitute for broth. For these two ramen, they use different utensils specialized for Muslim customers. They give disposable cutlery as well for Muslim customers.
This ramen shop is halal certified by Beppu Masjid, and is mentioned on Beppu's "Muslim Friendly Map" pamphlet published by the city hall. So, there's no worries to stop by this ramen shop when you're traveling to Beppu, the capital city of onsen ♨️
