Introduced to this outlet by a fellow Halal Navi user. Thank you! This store serves authentic Chinese cuisine. Store staff are friendly and the dishes served just warms your body this winter!

Four weeks to Summer and the sun is still playing hide and seek in Melbourne. On days like these, all you want to do is curl up on the couch with a nice bowl of soup. Except you're out and about with errands to run. Where can you go for a nice, homemade hearty bowl of noodle soup? Well, Chinger Biang Biang Noodle in Carlton will do just that; warm you up on a gloomy day like today. Unless you can read chinese, it might be a little difficult to spot them from a far as there's chinese written all over their windows and menu. Don't worry, there's no pork here because this place is a Uighur restaurant. In case you didn't know, majority of Uighurs (if not all) are Sunni Muslims as they are a Turkic ethnic group found mostly north of China in the Xinjiang region towards the borders of Kazakhstan and surrounds.
