The mescid was clean and had ihlas. Also separated places for each gender was given.
I saw only one toilet and wuduu place so I think it is used by both but at the wuduu place there is a curtain, so it can be used if needed.
But be aware the wuduu and toilet are not that clean and has not high standards.
But I think while searching for a prayer space in Japan you cannot want too much. :D

Well after searching it 10 minutes I found it and after knowing where it is, it is easy to find it again.
It is in a side street between bars and so on...
Maybe use instead of the upper location point my point which I saved: Gesetzte Markierung
