Grill and shakes is tasty and honest. You can taste the naturalness and care they put in their food. Voted best milkshake in auckland/nz even? Not surprised because they use real ingredients, and when i say real, i mean if u order a cake flavoured shake they'll put REAL cake in it. Grill and shakes is amongst my top favorite places to eat in Auckland. The design and layout of the place is quirky and retro, and the food mostly always delivers. what i love be best about their food is the modern twist to some classics with a bit of fusion. I especially love their burgers and kumara fries and the massive range of milk shakes. By far, their shakes are probably the best around town. Always good to also have a chat there with the brother Farhan who owns and operates this place alongside his wife.
