للاسف تجربه غير ناجحه السيرفس بطيء جداً جداً جداً ، على ان الموظفه الي تاخذ الاورد كانت سمحه والمطعم ماكان زحمه بس الطباق تطول وفي لما طلبنا الشاورما وصلت بارده ، كباب اسكندر كان جيد والمنتو كان لذيذ ، واخر ملاحظه الاسعار مبالغ فيها مقابل جودة الاكل اتمنى تحسين مستوى الاكل .

We went there around 1pm today. We ordered 3 plates of butter rice, but we received only 1 plate butter rice and 2 plates of plain rice. Then we asked for bill, the guy charged us for 3 plates of butter rice. We complaint and he said they are out of butter rice without notifying us. Service quite bad and price quite pricey. Not recommended to try though.

It is at the area of Shinshaibashi- so an option other than the popular and always packed Ali's resto.
Like the ambience and the taste of the food. Pricey but its normal for a food set in Japan.

As usual I will break my review into points:
Pros:
-Good seating area
-Delicious turkish grills
-Great starters
-Friendly staff
Cons:
-Very poor service (The main course arrived 15 min. before the starters, staff cannot speak good English, the look and act like disoriented and they asked us to change the order because some orders weren't available and they didn't know about them)
-More expensive than other Turkish resturants I visited
-Portions are on the small side
I can't recommend it with their service standards right now.
I wish them the best with the potential they have.

These Turkish dishes was delicious that we ate until the plate was squeaky clean. Love the ambience, felt like i'm at Turkey :) cozy & warm. Staff was nice & polite.
