I can always rely on KaTaTa. Delicious food and light on the wallet. Love the fried chicken and rice meal.
Told ya I will come again here ^_^ Today I come with my friend and had a chance to order chicken, mutton and mix (mutton&chicken) gyouza and a bowl of ma-ra ramen if I'm not mistaken. I think it is quite large portion. You can share with your friend if you want to try others food. It is quite spicy or maybe my tongue no longer can eat spicy food :P I hope to have more bean-sprout on top of my ramen next time ^_^ I take away 3 set of gyouza for my husband too!!!
I was alone tonight so I could not tried so many food. I ordered 1 plate mix gyouza (chicken+mutton) 1 mabo doufu and small rice. I just love the gyoza so muchhh even in the picture it looked like a normal gyouza!!! It was very juicy and the gyoza's skin perhaps XD (kawa) 皮 was very thin. Katata has its own sauce to deep in your gyouza. It makes the gyouza becomes more special because if you had eaten at the other restaurants, they only serve rayu, shoyu and vinegar in different bottle.. For people like me who dont really know the best ratio/quantity to put those rayu, vinegar& shoyu will end up spoiling the taste.凄く合いますよ!The mabo doufu was very nice and has it's own special taste. The owner is very kind. Despite the small space, but it was very comfortable. There is no washlet but has sink inside ^_^ You can pray at the nearest mosque if you need to do so. Just two minutes walking from here. Next time I will order Katata's number 1 ramen and of Read more...
Went there yesterday and tried their generous and delicious set dinner B.. Tomyum noodles + fried rice + 3pieces gyoza + tea --only for ¥1500 Love their guava juice too 😀
My favourites are the spicy lamb noodles (great for cold days), dan dan noodles (both white and black sesame), fried chicken with yu-rin sauce (cutlet-style with a citrusy sauce) and lamb fried rice. Their cuisine is not your usual Chinese cuisine, I think it's northern as there's a lot of lamb and chili/peppers on their menu. Highly recommended, is a bit packed after Friday prayers as it's very close to the Hiroo masjid.
